Traybake give you plenty of scope for different flavours and textures. Once they’re baked and cooled, they just need to be portioned and served!
In this class we’ll explore the versatility of traybakes, including; single or multiple layers, gooey or crunchy, and baked or chilled. We’ll make four sweet traybakes such as:
- Pecan Brownies
- Lemon Slices
- Raspberry Flapjack
- Sweet & Salty Tiffin
We’ll bake together in this class to make the most of the time. The class will take around 3 hours and can be arranged for a weekday morning or afternoon at my own kitchen in Cumnor, West Oxford.
