What better way to enjoy an afternoon than baking a glorious classic afternoon tea? Over the course of the class you’ll make Raspberry Eclairs, Honey and Orange Madeleines, Viennese Whirls and Buttermilk Scones.
The class will take around four hours including demos and will be jam packed with plenty of hands on baking. At the end of the afternoon you’ll sit down to enjoy a cup of tea and to sample your baking delights, with plenty left to take home and share with friends and family.
