This class aims to show you how simple patisserie can be to produce once you master a couple of the basic skills. I will teach you how to make the staple crème patissiere and then pair it with a beautiful sablée pastry to create a simple but stunning Sablée Fruit Tart.
As well as learning the recipes you’ll pick up skills such as handling pastry, piping creams, and glazing your patisserie to give it that professional finish, and all in just two hours!
You’ll be very welcome to take home whatever you don’t eat so you can show off your patisserie skills!
