Petit fours, meaning little oven, are bite-size sweet treats, often served at the end of a meal. They should be enticing and varied in order to temp you to try each one.
In this class you will make the following:
- Pâte de fruit
- Mini Madeleines
- Chocolate Truffles
As well as learning the recipes you’ll also cover the following skills; caramel, beurre noisette, and ganache. All of which are delicious building blocks for pastry and patisserie!
There will be plenty left over to take home and share with your loved ones (or keep to yourself if you can’t bear to share!).
