Meringue – fluffy and sweet. Baked and simply topped with cream and fruit they can be a dessert in themselves, but they are also the building blocks for many other sweet treats.
In this class I will teach you to make all three types of meringue; French, Swiss, and Italian and use each to make the following desserts –
- Raspberry soufflé
- Mini lemon meringue tart
This will cover a wide range of pastry skills giving you the confidence to use your new mastery of meringues to impress at your next dinner party.
There will be plenty left over to take home and share with your loved ones (or keep to yourself if you can’t bear to share!).
