This class will be hosted by Sophie’s Cookery School and will take place in one of the fabulous pop-up locations in Oxford.
In this class you will learn to make some classic patisserie; gorgeous layers of pastry, cream and fruit – what could be better! You’ll learn the skills of creme patisserie, choux pastry, working with puff pastry, and piping techniques. Using those skills you’ll make the following:
- Coffee Eclairs
- Raspberry Millefeuille
- Pistachio and Rose Financiers
