This class will be hosted by Sophie’s Cookery School and will take place in one of the fabulous pop-up locations in Oxford.
In Easy Patisserie Showstoppers I will teach you to make these two beautiful bakes worthy of any star baker prize!
- Fraisier cake
- Raspberry Choux Buns
You will learn essential patisserie skills including; piping techniques, genoise sponge, creme mousseline, choux pastry, and Craquelin to give the choux wonderful crunch and texture.
