Choux pastry is often seen as a tricky little number, in this class I will teach you how simple and effective it can be once you know it’s secrets! Choux is a fantastic skill to learn as it’s the basis of so many patisserie delights, making this class a great place to start.
As well as learning choux pastry we’ll also cover caramel, craquelin, and Chantilly cream. You’ll then bring all these components together to create your Showstopping Cappuccino Choux.
You’ll be very welcome to take home whatever you don’t eat so you can show off your patisserie skills!
